About
Hi, I'm Ali.
I'm a Software Engineering graduate from Carleton University with a focus on building reliable, well-crafted systems.
During my co-op at Ericsson I worked deep in 5G simulation software — improving downlink throughput, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and diagnosing critical failures in production-adjacent environments. That shaped a strong appreciation for code that runs reliably at scale.
I've also built full-stack web applications with React, Django, and Spring, shipped a production Next.js site for a startup client, and spent a semester teaching 100+ students OOP and debugging at Carleton.
I care about clean code, thoughtful architecture, and shipping things that actually work. When I'm not coding I'm usually exploring distributed systems ideas or digging into developer tooling.
